I sent this letter to you a few days ago, however I am re-sending it because I have remmembered some additional information
that could be useful in solving this case. This information I have added at the bottom of the page.
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to you yet again, as I remember and receive additional information regarding the crime being perpetrated against
me.
I am being electronically harassed, by means of voice-to-skull technology, directed energy weapons, LIDA machine, remote
viewing, etc.

The reason for such crimes can be directed connected to my former neighbor, a crack addicted drug dealer by the name of Scott
Fruhman, who lives at *** N. Sycamore Avenue, #***, Los Angeles, CA *****.
I will repeat the series of cirmstances that lead up to this type of harassment, with additional things that I have
remembered since my last letter:
The apartment building in which most of the below is stated, takes place at my former home of *** N.Sycamore Avenue, Los
Angeles, CA *****. My apartment was #***. Scott Fruhman's is #***, next door and across the hall from mine. And Jackie
Baccic's was #***, directly above mine.
1.) For a number of days, from my apartment, I hear a girl, faintly in the distance, constantly, hysterically screaming
endlessly.
I walked around the building one night to see where this noise might be coming from and I pin-pointed to be somewhere deep
within the construction site, north of my apartment building. Along with her screams, I hear a male's voice, extremely
similar to the main voice in V2K harassment, of which dissenting perpetrators in my voice-to-skull harassment, later
identified as a man named David Myerson, saying things like "there's not a fucking thing you can do about it" and later
saying things to try to get the hysterical girl to shut up.
Other things that I remember hearing were things like this hysterical girl screaming, "NO! NOT MY COUSINS! NOT MY COUSINS!"
in a matter as if her captor had threatened to do something to her cousins. (Later, during my voice-to-skull harassment, I
learned that the voice identified as David Myerson and his conspirators like to use a fear tactic that was also used upon me,
in which they say, "I'm going to do everything in my power to kill your family.")
David Myerson's voice also said things to her like, "You're in my house!" to which she replied, "No! This house has been our
family for 15 years!"
There was also a march being played occassionally that sounded much like a white supremecy march in which the chant, "We
shall be prepared" was repeated over and over. I thought at the time that someone might have been making trouble in the
predominantly Jewish neighborhood that I had been living in.
Also, during this screaming period, I overheard an argument, which involved Scott Fruhman's voice and another female,
mentioning my name constantly, saying "Sam can hear everything..." and trying to figure out what to do about me.
Eventually, the screaming came to an eery sudden halt.
What I have learned about the hysterically screaming woman from my perpetrators' games, dialogue, and "slip-ups" is that her
name was ZOE THOMPSON.
This is because throughout the past year, they had mentioned Zoe's name and her death several times, but it wasn't until
about a week ago that I found out her last name. I found it out because they were pretending to be arrested and one person
said, "Scott Fruhman, you are under arrest for the murder of Zoe Thompson."
2.) Then one morning at about 6am, Scott Fruhman wakes me up, telling me that he wants to come in with the intention of using
my apartment to have sex with a woman, behind his live-in girlfriend's back.
Dazed and confused from still waking up, my guard was let down and I let him, a female friend, and the woman that he wants to
have sex with into my apartment. The woman went by the name of "Malien", but whom later I found out was named Melissa. She
was a dancer at a strip club called Cheetah's in east Hollywood.
During this meeting, Malien and I ended up getting along and Fruhman left the apartment frustrated within ten minutes of
being there, leaving Malien and myself alone to talk for hours. We would become friends.
His ego being hurt and the fact that he is also a predator of women, having, raped, robbed, and beaten several strippers in
his past, (which I know because a few have retreated to my apartment for safety during the course of my time living there)
proceeded to do everything in his power to lure Malien over to his world, by telling her tons of lies and getting her hooked
on crack cocaine.
Malien would eventually stay over there for extended periods of time, hooked on crack, and eventually being, from what I
could overhear, raped, shocked, and attempted programming, trying to get her to kill me and saying things like, "Sam doesn't
care about you." and "I want you to kill him for me." She would constantly refuse, which would lead to additional rape and
torture. These rapes would also involve another male, whom sounded like the David Myerson character that my perpetrators have
told me about. Malien herself was forced to repetitively say, "Fuck me in the asshole."
The very last time that I allowed Malien into my home, she was about to leave a bag of women's clothing in my apartment. I
said, "Don't forget your clothes." To which she replied, "Oh those aren't mine and abruptly left. I threw the bag away,
thinking that Scott had stolen them from some woman, but later it had occurred to me that this had possibly been an attempt
to plant some sort of evidence upon me and that Malien, reluctantly had been forced into doing this.
There were also other attempts to leave women's clothing in my apartment, by way of other people who knew Scott Fruhman.
3.) From my apartment, I heard in the hallway a couple of times, Scott Fruhman, telling the building manager and various
tenants that I was crazy and that Malien and I were contantly fighting. None of this was true. However, knowing the type of
low-life that Scott Fruhman is, I immediately suspected that he was attempting to set me up for something. I initially
thought that he wanted to he wanted to kill both Malien and myself for some reason and make it look like we did it to each
other.
4.) On May 27th, 2005, I was sitting alone in my apartment, surfing the internet, when I suddenly heard voices saying, "There
he is, sitting in his chair, rocking back and forth (which i was), just like a little baby."
I had initially thought that someone, along with Scott Fruhman (because there was a great deal of physical occurances
connecting him. see http://www.emhdf.com/stephen.html for more info.) had planted hidden cameras in my apartment, for "God
knows what" reason, other than his crack addicted jealousy and hate, as far as I knew, decided to pick on me.
This is a man who had stolen things from me several times, threatened me physically and my life in the past for not letting
him have sex in my apartment, and has even broken into my apartment. So I could only imagine what this was about.
Additionally, there was that other male's voice (David Myerson), whom I heard ranting after I "flipped off" what I thought
was a camera, saying, "He's flipping me off in my house!", among other stupid things.
These voices, that I presumed were coming from Jackie Baccic's apartment (#202), above mine, whom I believed Scott Fruhman to
be working with, were continually threatening my life and playing stupid pranks upon me. I was determined to keep all friends
and family away from my apartment for their own safety during the time that this was happening.
As time progressed, I discovered that these voices were not from the next apartment, most of time, because they stayed with
me, as I would leave the apartment. This could have lead me to question my sanity if it weren't for the fact that I had
learned about directed energy weapons, voice-to-skull technology, and remote viewing, and there were too many physical
occurrances that connected to Scott Fruhman. That and I felt of sound mind and body, all things considered.
Over the past year, I have learned certain things about my perpetrators and I have put together my own theory. and while you
most certainly have the more qualified detectives and investigators, I ask that you listen to my deductions, as they have
been built upon little bits of data that I have aquired and may find useful:
David Myerson, my main perpetrator, obviously has little or no experience in the field that he is in. This has been obvious,
because I have been able to bring his "silent sound" messages designed for hypnosis out to an audible degree. He clearly has
little or no concept of hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming, nor suggestion.
From my observations, Myerson learned some of his "skills" from an outside perspective in which he watched someone else do
this kind of work, but wasn't able to picked upon the things done that weren't blatantly audible or visual.
This lead me to believe that the equipment that he was using wasn't originally his and he had quite possibly stolen it from
someone else as he had become obsessed with power and control.
I believe this to be why he thought that he could abduct and torment Zoe Thompson. He believed that he could control her and
do things to her without consequence.
Unfortunately for him, with no real exprience, he soon learned that he could not control her, which is why she kept
hysterically screaming and he couldn't get her to quiet down.
This is where my neighbor at the time, Scott Fruhman entered the picture.
Scott Fruhman is a known drug dealer, a thief, a predator of woman, and a pathological liar, who gets pleasure out of taking
advantage of people.
Fruhman who had been dealing with Myerson previously, I think in a drug context, learned about Myerson's out-of-control
situation, and with Fruhman "salivating" at the potential of what he could do with such machinery and Myerson being desperate
and with no one to turn to, Fruhman befriended Myerson to help "solve" his problem in exchange for use of such technology.
That's when the screaming came to a sudden halt.
It became apparantly obvious to me what their intentions were as I pieced together things involved in my harassment:
Scott and David had thought I knew everything about their crime and were attempting to frame me for murder, rob me, and kill
me before there were any questions asked.
This became more evident from many a dialogue overheard from my perpetrators.
Evidently, they brought in assistance, a team of people involved in the same field to attack me. They could only afford to do
this by aquiring investors, people whom each paid a certain amount of money that believed that they were investing in a
business that would get a "sure" return and profit.
What these investors didn't know was that Scott Fruhman's plan to get their money back was to rob people by using this
technology.
Fruhman's plan, as it was enacted upon me, was to persuade the people in this field, who were enlisted for assistance, to do
his dirty work by telling them lies that made them believe that they were helping him for a good cause.
He and Myerson's original stories to these people were that "I had lost alot of money gambling and that I had to borrow money
from him that he wanted to collect this way." This was his robbery tactic.
The other story was that "I had raped and murdered women, by drugging and torturing them." This was how he was going to try
to frame me for murder.
I also believe that this technology came from a white supremecy group, as I had received tons of racial slurs and KKK imagery
in the beginning months. And I believe that Fruhman was able to persuade this group by making them believe that I was
middle-eastern and some sort of terrorist.
Both of Fruhman's stories were shattered when people learned that I don't gamble and despise the concept of gambling, and
because I told my perpetators that forensic science would prove him to be a liar. And that his semen was more than likely in
the corpse in question.
To this, he responded by changing his stories to "He had loaned me money to help me with my business." for his robbery
tactic. And that "I had killed his girlfriend." for his murder-framing tactic.
Through extensive research of me, some of my perpetrators have learned that I would never borrow money from such a low-life
and that I have plenty of family to turn to if I need and that I would never harm anyone. I'm not the type.
Fruhman also learned that I had no money to steal, anyway.
Needing to figure out how to get money from this and still try to frame me at the same time, Fruhman turned to a "Plan B".
I have learned that he and his conspirators have been using me as a patsy in a protection scam to get money from the family
of a woman named Christina Appleton.
The game was to get this voice-to-skull transmitted voice of Christina Appleton to conjure up a romance between she and I, in
order to make me talk affectionately toward her. This in turn would they would twist into me seeming like a stalker to her
father, John Appleton whom they are trying to get an extremely large amount of money from to "protect her from me."
Both John Appleton and Christina Appleton are people that I have never known existed and have only heard their names by way
of voice-to-skull technology.

crimes against myself, defenseless women, minorities, and people in general.

There have been several repeated threats made by these people to myself, my family and in particular, the children of my
family.

My life has been threatened countless times. The lives of my family have been threatened, including the threat to kidnap,
rape and kill my 8 year old nephew, *********; they have repeatedly threatened to murder me by way of programming other
people, they have attempted to program me, in a Project Monarch fashion, attemping to make me a delta, otherwise known as an
assassin, feebly attempting to convince me that the President of the United States was Satan in my dreams, they feebly
attempted to program me into an act of terrorism, by unsuccessfully trying to get me to become a suicide bomber at the Super
Bowl, they have repeatedly called me "nigger", and have lead me to believe that they are part of a "KKK-type" group that
wants to kill African-Americans, Jews, Muslims, and Mexicans and accused me of being each one of those at some point or
another.
Your attention and protection for my family and myself will be greatly appreciated.
An additional note: These individuals actually believe that they are adept at mind control and they are "drunk with power".
They often make statements that show that they believe that anything they say will materialize as reality.
Recently, I had made a statement to them that Zoe Thompson's death would be avenged to which one individual replied, "Zoe
Thompson's death will NOT be avenged."
Last night, someone kept repeating into the voice frequency modulator, "Scott Fruhman will not go to jail. Scott Fruhman will
not go to jail."
These people seem to believe that they have a "magic lantern" at their disposal, rather then a device for hypnosis.
Again I am grateful that you have taken the time to read this and again I appreciate your attention to this matter.

I have obtained two phone numbers through voice-to-skull transmissions that may quite possibly be useful in your
investigation. Both numbers I was told belonged to the perpetrator known as Scott Patterson, whom from my data, seems to be a
white supremecist who once billed himself as a "second Hitler". Those numbers are: (***)-***-**** and (***)-***-****.
Scott Fruhman has attempted to get other people to do me harm. In one instance, he thought that could program Melissa, a.k.a
Malien into doing such harm to me by telling her to kill me, as I overheard in one of his torture/rape sessions.
The other instance that I know of was when he attempted to do it by way of an aquaintance that he thought would willingly do
his dirty work. This aquaintance then e-mailed me at the emhdf.com website in order to tell me not to worry about it. There
is no other way that Scott Fruhman could know about the emhdf.com website other than through these transmissions. No one in
his social circle was ever told about the website.
David Myerson and his cohorts continue to gather every bit of personal information of mine through this harassment. They keep
trying to scare me with personal information about my bank account and other accounts, as well as personal information about
myself and my family. It seems that Myerson is continually trying to put targeted individuals up against each other in an
attempt to kill each other off. He still seems intent on convincing some other targeted individual to kill me, from what I've
been listening to and the games he's been playing.
In the first couple of letters to you, I wrote about a woman named Alina Vicurian being held against her will. I wanted to
re-emphasize that that possibility still strongly exists, from the data that I have gathered. These people are big on
enslavement, especially for women. I would appreciate if you would investigate the whereabouts and safety of Alina Vicurian,
Christina Erghiassi, Christina Appleton, Amy Archer, and Melissa a.k.a. Malien.
