Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

And no greater evidence of this is shown than when someone believes that they have the ability to act without consequence.

 

Hence, this is the essence of electronic harassment. As I have stated before, we live in a technocracy. The privileged and the powerful rule by amounts of information, the greater ability, and the greater technology that the world has to offer.

 

Currently, the technology possessed is in the hands of a small few, whom unfortunately have little “know-how”, little responsibility, and poor management skills with which to use these tools and their uses on society.

 

And this is the current problem. Your author is amongst those who are experiencing this first-hand and I have learned that currently, procedures, policies, and personnel decisions are absolutely atrocious.

 

My guess is that some moron a while back created a “whistle-blowing” monster that has gotten way out of hand and the need for extreme constant screening of individuals involved and revised, intelligent, objective, responsible mandatory guidelines in this profession are in dire need.

 

Someone in these echelons decided that it would be a good idea to kill me for no other apparent reason than bigotry, jealousy, and profit. Someone who was allowed into these ranks who was retarded, stupid, and extremely underdeveloped.

 

When handling technology of this kind and given such responsibility, character issues are the biggest dilemma. And there’s no better way to expose someone’s true colors than for them to believe that there will be no consequence for their actions.

 

Unfortunately, in this profession, innocent citizens are harassed, abused, and killed a lot of times before such character is exposed, if it ever is.

 

The main perpetrator in the crime against me is named David. A man (and I use the term loosely) whom I believe was paid to do this by a paranoid crack addicted drug dealer, by the name of Scott, in my old apartment building.

 

It is my sincere desire in creating such a foundation to not only prevent this from happening to myself and others in the future, but to also extremely revise the way this profession is conducted. Any individual involved in this profession needs to be severely scrutinized and constantly screened. This crime should never happen.

 

I also wish to educate and empower innocent American citizens, because from I what have been reading, I’m definitely NOT the only innocent, unsuspecting victim of such an attack.

 

This is a technocracy. Those with the technology seem to feel that they can irresponsibly walk all over those without it. It’s time to level the playing field !!!

 

I’m certain that any visitor to this site will be able to find my experience and the resources available quite useful. And as we all compare notes and become more knowledgeable and confident of our situation, we WILL overcome this.

 

This is one of the current major dilemmas of the early 21^st century and if we are to progress, get stronger, and not get bullied by a select few idiots, then we can not afford to blind ourselves from what is going on.
